O my mind! Why do you judge? Do not judge others or yourself. Observe the world as it is around you. Judgement mars your vision and creates boundaries. It keeps you insulated from the reality. No one is your friend and no one is your enemy. Sharpen your observation, distinguish implicit from explicit. The same thing can be viewed very differently through the lens of judgement and without the lens of judgement. There is nothing mine or yours. There is nothing right or wrong. It all depends on your perspective. Be empathatic towards others as well as yourself. Cross the boundary between self and others. Be aware of everything in the universe - sans rules, sans boundaries, sans judgement. If you keep your past with you, you will not be able to visualise properly. You can not change nature, you can only change the world. Observe, discover, and act accordingly. O my mind! Why are you seeking  solace in relationships or things? It is nothing but lack of faith in yourself that forces you to cling to outside. Outside is maya . Let go of it and you will be free, you will be liberated. You do not need anyone or anything to be independent. Be content in your own company. Be your own teacher, your own guru . You are the guru , you are the  shishya . You yourself are the best companion for you. You are a part of both a time-bound objective truth and a timeless subjective truth. Your inner world of thoughts is what you are, not the outer world of relationships. Leave the attachments and see inwardly. You will feel the life-energy and get yourself back. Do not lose your 'self' in the outside world. Cling to your own self and experience 'truth.'

O my mind! Why are you feeling dull? The people can never give you happiness. The human relations are illusory. The bonding of human relations is not pure, not real in actual sense because these relations are inherently selfish in nature. They are constantly in need of something. Believe in humanity and all the forms of life as these don’t ask for anything in return. Try to spread love irrespective of the sadness and hopelessness in this world. Contribute as much as you can. You can only find the real happiness by spreading the message of love. This happiness will finally illuminate others and bring your salvation. Don’t be afraid to take risk to spread the mesaage of love. Do it wherever you are; in any way you can. Take care of yourself first. Only then you will be able to take care of other life forms. O my mind! Why are you so upset about things you cannot control? You can not reciprocate love only because your love has not been reciprocated earlier. You are afraid to love now with the same intensity as you did earlier. You are afraid of failure again. You are afraid of suffering the same pain again and again. You have compelled yourself to be in an insulated surrounding. You have lost yourself. You have forgotten the real you. Find the real you; find yourself to love again. Take risks; live life to its fullest. Don't escape from life; immerse yourself in it. Don't fear life; embrace it; face it; live it; feel it; enjoy it; experience it. Don't hold your tears back; let it flow naturally. It is a part of life; don't evade it. Don’t become the emotion you experience. But feel it with all your strength and never let it control you. You are the not its slave, you are the master - your master.

O my mind! Why are you feeling pain? Why are you feeling this piercing pain? Just because your love was not reciprocated? Just because you could not show your love? Just because your love was not understood? Just because your love was called selfish? Just because your love was called self centred? Just because you were blamed for something you didnt do? Just because you failed once again? Just because you felt hopeless again? Just because you felt helpless again? All these feelings are temporary. Dont let it overpower you. It is natural to feel it but never let it weaken you. Let it make you stronger. Your weaknesses will be your strengths. These will transform you into the real you. Forgive yourself and forget your past. Immerse in your present and feel the happiness that is inside you and let it be felt by each and every one in this universe. It will make you one with the universe and you will be a part as well the whole of it.

O my mind! Why are you agitated? They are foolish. People just see the outer appearance. They crave to see the outer appearance, the body. They will only be able to see the outer appearance. It is their way of objectifying women. But you are not what they think, you are not what they know. A piercing look can never violate anyone. Then why are you feeling violated? They can't ever violate you. What you are feeling now has been constructed socially. It is not your fault. Their looking in that way and your feeling in this way, both have been the results of the social upbringing. It has been nailed down both in your and in their brains. Break the shackles of the societal construct and become free. Become aware and become free. You are not defined by just the body, so be comfortable with your body. O my mind! Many people ask what is meditation. Is it simply regularised breathing or closing your eyes in a dark silent place or is it actually the practice of concentrated focus? It is all this and nothing of this sort at the same time. Can you sit in quiet and be quiet? Can you sit at peace and be at peace? Can it be forced by making the outer environment different? Can you focus and relax by chanting or listening to something? What will happen after the period of meditation? What is real meditation? Can it be done without silence, without darkness, without forced focussing on your thoughts? Can your clear your mind during meditation? What about your state of mind after that? Can you concentrate on clearing your negative thoughts? Is it humanely possible to force your mind to clear the thoughts with the goal of relaxing and calming yourself? O my mind! Why are you feeling sad? Just because you can't hear that voice you want to hear. Just because you can't hear him/her say what you want to hear. Happiness and sadness are nothing but mental constructs. It is an illusion to be sad or happy. Try to achieve the best. Try to achieve the state of bliss, the actual state of truth. His/her voice, his/her smile can't make you sad or happy. It is not his/her fault that you are sad. It is your own fault and your weakness. Try to find them, fight them, conquer them. You have given birth to him but he is not yours. He is of nobody but of himself. If anyone thinks or shows this he is foolish; ignore those people. Don't let them guide your emotions. You are the sole guide for your own feelings and emotions. Bridle or unbridle them, it is up to you. Don't force the emotions. Let them flow naturally. O my mind! Why are you lamenting? For whom are you lamenting? She was not your Mother. She could not be your Mother. She could not love you selflessly as a Mother. Pity on her, sympathise with her. Don't be angry with her. Don't be sad. Don't shed tears. She was a poor woman bound in the shackles of patriarchal chains. She had never formed her own thinking. She didn't know how to think freely. She didn't even know how to think for herself. She could not love herself properly, how could she love others. She was not allowed to grow freely, she was not allowed to think freely, she was not even allowed to choose motherhood freely. She didn't have complete rights over her own body. She just wanted those rights over you, your own child. Little did she know that she was foolish and immature. She could not be her own centre or anybody's centre, so she  forced you to become her centre. She couldn't get anyone to cry for her, so she compelled you to cry for her,...

O my mind! Why are you sad? S/he is not even true to him/herself, how can s/he be true to you? Let them be free. Let yourself be free. Let love be free. Don't bind. Don't be the moment you expect, the moment you bind as love metamorphoses into something you can't recognize. Let it breath in its space. Let it flourish. Let yourself flourish. Let everyone flourish. Don't be jealous. It is your weakness that makes you weaker. It burns your energy and produces nothing. Jealousy is worse than anger. Let it never come near you. While anger is your feelings not handled, jealousy is your weakness masked. Unmask it, discover it's root and throw it away forever. You will feel unburdened and better. If you want something, work for it. Don't be jealous of others who have it. It makes you vulnerable to mistakes. It makes your failure more and more certain. It makes you unhappy. O my mind! Why are you angry? With whom are you angry? You must not be angry with people. They are foolish. They don't know what they are doing. You must have pity on them. You must not be angry with yourself. You did what you thought was right at that moment. That moment is your past now. You can't time travel and change it. So, why to waste your present over something you can't change? There is nothing to be unhappy of, there is nothing to be unhappy with. There is nothing called absolute happiness but there can be bliss. It can only be felt by few. It comes from within. It is not outside. Don't search outside. Find it within you. Pain is the feeling you can't handle. Try to handle yourself first, then try to handle others. The key to bliss is only in feeling it within you. It can be anywhere but it has to come from within you. Nobody is your friend and nobody is your enemy. You are your sole friend and you are your sole enemy. Love yourself and fight yourself...
